Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why use Raqz Networks?
  • Raqz Networks benefits from operating within the Midwest's premier "carrier hotel" Lakeside Technology Center in downtown Chicago, IL near McCormick Center. This helps make Raqz an amazingly safe, secure and connected environment to house your critical equipment at affordable prices. We liked it so much that we started Raqz in 2004 to help others take advantage of this facility that so many futures exchanges, businesses and the largest of websites use.
  • What reliability features does Raqz have?
  • Multiple electrical grids, redundant UPS and back-up generators provide clean reliable power. Reliable Liebert HVAC infrastructure and state-of-the-art fire protection systems.
  • What security features does Raqz have?
  • The building and Qwest datacenter both have 24/7 security staff authenticating and authorizing access. Locked rack and cages on the datacenter floor. Closed-circuit cameras are prevalent throughout the interior and exterior of the facility.
  • What connectivity does Raqz offer?
